The Recreation Bill of 1846 was a law passed in The United States of Quentin by the Congress of the USQ. Pioneered by the President of the USQ at that time, Samuel Logan, the bill allotted for more funding for recreational activities and sports, along with funding for parks, libraries, and other recreational areas. The bill also set it in stone that the USQ would be a part of the Sidus Dei Ludos as long as they were still alive and played by at least 2 other countries. The bill was largely approved by the majority of the country, although many high ranking Bureaucrats of the USQ believed it was a mistake. Today the bill is viewed as a smart move by President Logan, as it shifted the thoughts of Quentinians away from The Founders Conflict, which was a recent event. Today the bill is still law, and it is also the reason the USQ is one of the only countries never to miss a Sidus Dei Ludos event.
