The Head Bureaucrat has some powers, however is mainly just the leader of the [[House of Bureaucrats]], not appearing much in other aspects of government. The head does, however, get an extra vote on bills and laws that are brought up for passage by the House, and can choose, when there are no rank benefits for party leaders involved, which Bureaucrats get to speak before others.

Revision as of 18:19, 8 July 2019

The Head Bureaucrat of The United States of Quentin is the head of The House of Bureaucrats of the Congress of the USQ, which is the Assembly and legislative branch of the government. The Head Bureaucrat is the most respected Bureaucrat in the House, and has special powers, like deciding who gets to speak, and getting an extra vote on all proposals and laws. The Head Bureaucrat sits up front in the House, as well as when Congress meets for a combined session, and can be seen at many foreign treaty signings and negotiations, to preview whether or no they like the treaty. The Head is elected by a nationwide vote, and serves 6 year terms like all other Bureaucrats, but can only be the Head Bureaucrat for 24 years, or 4 terms, of their total eligibility of 7 terms, or 42 years. Currently the Head Bureaucrat is Pete Fischer.
