Raised in rural Snowland, Incluse was extremely poor growing up, and did not have any formal schooling past intermediary school. Incluse had a gift for design which caught the eye of numerous successful construction firms, including J.P. Laugherty and Sons. After personally apprenticing with J.P. Laugherty himself for 6 years, in 1839 Incluse began to design the majority of Laugherty and Sons' construction projects himself. In 1842 Incluse accepted a contract from the Quentinian federal government to design government outposts in the Kumar Area, much to the chagrin of J.P. Laugherty. Forming Incluse Industries in 1844 to fulfill the contract, Incluse's company constructed 34 government buildings in the area from 1844 to 1849. In 1847, Incluse also began taking requests from wealthy residents of the KUA, leading to the construction of Williams Mansion and numerous other large residences. In 1850 Incluse moved to Woodhill, GA, leading to him meeting politician Olivia Ehresman who owned numerous farms in the state. After Ehresman became President in 1870, Incluse was personally contracted to build a presidential residence, 777 Cupboard Place, for which he is most famous today.
Incluse was married three times, however his second marriage lasted the longest, from 1849 until 1867 to Marie Incluse-Ravager. He had five children, and was extremely influential in the Fundamentalist Party during the 1840's, leading to some accusations that he partially funded George Firedawn and his rebellious Fundamentalist Defense Corps, however these accusations have been disputed by historians. After the Founders Conflict ended in defeat for Firedawn and the revolutionaries, Incluse became a supporter of the Environmentalist Party, becoming a party delegate from the Grassland Area.
