The GTNEC (Short for General Treasurer, Negotiator, and Executive Commissioner), is a part of the Executive Branch of The United States of Quentin government, part of the Cupboard and the chief adviser to the President of the USQ. The current GTNEC is Steve Shamji, who was sworn in January 1st, 2010. The GTNEC and their family lives at 777 Cupboard Place, in Mechanicsburg, The Grassland Area. The GTNEC is appointed by the President, and the appointment is approved by both The House of Bureaucrats and The Supreme Council of the USQ. The GTNEC serves for however long the President is in office. In some rare cases, such as Max Wagner in 1834, the GTNEC is chosen again by the next President, and so on, so that they serve longer than the President that appointed them.
