The Head Quentinian Diplomat to Allia is the official representative for the federal government of the United States of Quentin to the national government of the Protectorates of Allia. The USQ has maintained steady diplomatic relations with Allia since two years after the Quentinian War for Independnece ended, and the position of Head Quentinian Diplomat to the nation officialized with the signing of the Constitution of the United States of Quentin in 1834. Allia was the first nation to have diplomatic relations with the USQ, and the currenr Head Diplomat, Justine Laelon, oversees communication, and cooperation between the two nations, as well as security for Quentinian citizens and trade regulations.
