Quentinian Impeachment Proceedings
Quentinian Impeachment Proceedings are proceedings brought up in either the federal, state, or local government of the United States of Quentin, which charge a certain government or civil official with a crime or misdeed in regards to their position, and recommend that the defendant be removed from his/her government position. Usually impeachment is brought upon an official for crimes committed in office, however in certain situations crimes committed before office which were severe and not punished, as well as crimes before office which are seen as making the defendant unfit for office, can be brought up.
Federal Government

In the federal government, the House of Bureaucrats brings up impeachment proceedings against any executive official, and can pass the resolution with a 3/4 vote, although they must be backed either by the Supreme Council of the USQ or the Quentinian House of Representatives, and the Supreme Council of the USQ can bring up impeachment hearings against any legislative official. The removal of a Quentinian Supreme Decider or Cupboard member by the President of the USQ is not considered impeachment.
State Government

Local Impeachment Proceedings
At the local level, positions and officials, not to mention impeachment proceedings, can vary widely, however the Governor of the state the local body is in usually can remove executive officials at will, although this is not considered impeachment. State district officials are rarely impeached, however impeachment at the district level is laid out in every state's constitution.
