The United States of Quentin Federal Judiciary, also known as the Federal Judicial Branch, is the branch of the United States of Quentin Federal government which deals with federal justice and law evaluation process of the nation. Established under the Constitution, specifically under Article IV, the federal judiciary is composed of the Supreme Council, federal district courts, and 14 federal appeals courts. Although only the Supreme Council is specified in the Constitution, later laws by Congress established the second and third tiers of federal courts, the district courts which handle basic federal law infringements, and the appeals courts which handle appeals from the state level or federal district courts. Finally, the Supreme Council handles appeals from the federal appeals court, state courts, and local courts, or can choose to pick up any case in the country, and settle intergovernmental disputes as well.
