The Federation of International Cycling (FICY) is a non-profit international organization governing the international play and rules of cycling competitions across the world. The goal of the Federation is to advance international relations and the popularity of the sport through international play and standardized rules. Founded in 1916, the federation was created to organize cycling at the original modern summer Sidus Dei Ludos, consisting of only the 14 member states who participated at the 1916 summer games. Governing standard cycling competitions as well as competitions of XTC freestyle and mountain biking, FICY was incorporated into the Venturian Union's Bureau of Recreation in 1955.

FICY currently has its headquarters in Dennisimo, Trigadia, established with the founding of the federation in 1916. Other facilities operate on both Asper and Zwakazi across the world. Membership today has grown to include all 32 member nations of the Venturian Union, which are divided into four cycling conferences, those being the Zwakazi Cycling Conference, the Royal Cycling Conference, the Western Asper Cycling Conference, and the Asper Cycling Conference. These conferences help with organizing play and competition within the federation.
