First Federal Tantallegara District Court

The United States of Quentin First Federal Tantallegara District Court (abbreviated FTA-FD in case citations) is one of 47 current federal district courts in the United States of Quentin. Based in Tantallegara, in the capital city and surrounding districts of David City, the court is notorious for its reputation as a place where federal justices with a bad reputation are usually appointed, and the only court which has never seen any promotions for its justices at the federal level. This is mainly because Tantallegara is one of the more rebellious states when it comes to obeying federal law, and the district court being located in the capital of the TA has caused many politicians to be skeptical about the objectivity of the justices there. Routinely, cases from the FTA-FD which are appealed are accepted by higher courts, mainly because of the court's reputation.
