House of Bureaucrats Administrative Appropriations Committee

The United States of Quentin House of Bureaucrats Administrative Appropriations Committee (HOBAAC or simply AAC when used by Congress) is a standing committee of the United States of Quentin House of Bureaucrats. The committee has jurisdiction over all spending of the House of Bureaucrats which occurs in the course of administration, such as repairs to the Bureaucratic Orthotope, the meeting place of the House, appropriations for loans to other committees, etc. The AAC does not have authority over the overall budget of Congress, nor does it have authority over the funding applied to various forms of legislation, however simply approves or denies requests from individual Bureaucrats or the United States of Quentin Capitol Authority Service for appropriations of money. The House of Representatives Administrative Appropriations Committee acts in the same way for the House of Representatives. The money appropriated by the committee comes directly from either the Department of the Treasury or the Congressional Appropriations Reserve.

The committee is considered a standing committee because, even though at some points there are no requests for money, the committee has been established since it was founded in 1851 by an act of Congress called the Capitol and Personnel Expenditures Act. Today, the committee is chaired by Fundamentalist Bureaucrat Tim Follingworth, who was elected to the position for a third straight year in January of 2020. There are currently eight other members on the committee, with no more than two being allowed from the same state. The committee has one subcommittee, which is the Subcommittee for Appropriations Communication. The subcommittee is headed by Shubham Gupta.

The chair and head's votes are also in bold, because they were voted for in separate elections. The House of Bureaucrats voted for the chair first, then voted for the subcommittee head. Finally, the House voted for the other six members, with the highest six voted winning. Bureaucrats could not vote for themselves.
