Quentinian Joint Executive-Militant Protocol 134, commonly referred to as PICKLE (President-in-Crisis Command Litigation Emendation), is a Joint Executive-Militant Protocol of the United States of Quentin federal government that establishes a procedural protocol in situations where the President is not physically, mentally, or emotionally able to make decisions on nuclear weapons deployment. The protocol establishes that if the President is unable or not mentally stable enough to make decisions on the deployment of nuclear weapons, the Cupboard or certain members of the military should intervene and relieve the President of his duties. The protocol adds on to the 20th Amendment to the Constitution, which establishes the procedure for launching nuclear weapons, and was approved in 1997.
