The Protectinate was the leader and main executive of the government of The Protectorates of Allia and the Allian Empire from 390 B.C. until the Constitutional Revolution of 1763, that dissolved the position and created the new position of Prime Minister of Allia. In the times of the Allian Empire, the Protectinate also held positions of power in the lands Allia had conquered, including being King of Xevenxia, Emperor of the Western Shores, King of Docneighland, Skethish Emperor, and King of the Trilands.

The first Protectinate was William Proncanshion I, who began the empire and established the position. After his conquest, the position was given full authority over the empire, and stayed that way until 1512, when the newly established Protectorates of Allia ratified the Allian Constitution, limiting the Protectinate's powers somewhat, and creating the Allian Parliament. The Protectinate continued on with these limited powers until 1760, when a number of revolutionaries, mainly belonging to the Constitutional Political Party demanded for a change to the Constitution, and after numerous protests, they succeeded, officially dissolving the position in 1764.
