The United States of Quentin Army Chain of Command refers to the different ranks, seniority, and process of command present in the United States of Quentin Army. Like the other uniformed combatant services, the army is led by the Supreme Commander of the Quentinian Armed Forces, who is appointed by the President of the USQ and can be removed at any time. Past the Supreme Commander, the army is headed by seven Generals, who each have their own staffs, forces, and jurisdictions, however are all of the same rank. Traditionally, in times of war, the Supreme Commander takes leadership of the army especially, more so than the Navy, Starkkae Corps, or Air Force, leading army operations in the field and rendering the generals to a lower level of responsibility than that they have conceptually.

Ranking underneath the seven Generals are several officer positions, deputy positions, and enlisted ranks. These positions and ranks were first established with the onset of the Quentinian War for Independence, when the Territorial Assembly granted three leaders, George Firedawn, David Ellison, and Maxamiil Schlager, the position of Generals. The Supreme Commander was created with the Constitution in 1834, and in 1851 the Seventh Amendment to the Constitution established the powers and procedure of the Department of Defense and the Army Bureau, as well as created the Office of Army Training.
