Quentinian Best Awards

The Quentinian Best Awards are awards released yearly, which provide comprehensive awards for the best of nearly everything from a certain year. This includes awards given to cultural icons such as movies, songs, actors, and websites, awards given for quality, such as the best restaurant chain, best city, and best movie theater, political awards, economic awards, and many more. The Best Awards were created in the United States of Quentin in the 1960's, and were originally started by the Quentinian Gazette, one of the most popular newspapers in the country. By the 1970's, the awards were very popular with readers, and in 1973 the awards were sold to the Granny Smith Corporation, which runs the awards today and publishes them in a yearly magazine-type publication. Every ten years, a special decade publication is produced along with the yearly one, recognizing the best of each decade.

The Best Awards are widely anticipated each year around the country and around the world, and although they are not considered as prestigious as other awards like the Myers Music Awards, the QUECA's, the World of the Future Awards, or the RAT Awards because of their wide scope, they are widely popular and have generally been regarded as accurate by industry professionals and the general public. The QBA's had nearly 250 awards in its last edition, with top three finishers for each award. The Quentinian Best Awards are released on December 31st in the USQ, and later in January for the rest of the world. The most recent publication was the 2019 Quentinian Best Awards.

Physical Best Award

The Best Awards give out physical certificates in addition to printing the winners in their annual publication. These certificates list the category the award is in, the specific award given, and the people or entities which won it. The signature of the Best Awards host is also present on the certificate, along with a platinum ribbon. Physical awards are only given out to the first-place winners, not the runners-up.
