Striven Officers of the Quentinian Navy consist of four enlisted servicemen ranks of the Navy of the United States of Quentin. These ranks, which include in order of seniority Chief Striven Officer, First Striven Officer, Second Striven Officer, and Fourth Striven Officer, make up the first four most senior enlisted servicemen ranks, and were created with the official creation of the navy in 1835. Standardized in 1973 with Executive Order 9201, the ranks notably do not include a third striven officer, as is tradition among ranks in the United States of Quentin Armed Forces due to the origins of the nation from the Republic of Megatridimensional Order and the Quentinian War for Independence against the Order, which places special importance on the number three. This type of unofficial snubbing is generally referred to as Trime Scrubbing in the USQ.

The rank of Chief Striven Officer is equivalent to Lieutenant Gunnery Major in the Starkkae Corps, the rank of Major Sergeant in the Army, that of Command Chief in the United States of Quentin Air Force, and that of Command Chief in the Space Force. A Chief Striven Officer is senior to all enlisted servicemen, deputy officers, and commissioned officers up to that of Major Sergeant in the Fort McCarthy Defense Force. The current paygrade of a Chief Striven Officer is on the level of S1.

The rank of First Striven Officer in the navy is equivalent to a Sergeant Locorum in the Starkkae Corps, a First Sergeant in the Army, a Command Lieutenant in the Air Force and a Command Lieutenant in the Space Force. In comparison to the Fort McCarthy Defense Force, a First Striven Officer is senior to all enlisted servicemen and deputy officers. The paygrade of a First Striven Officer is S1.
