Tabula Rasa
Tabula Rasa is the capital city of the Republic of Megatridimensional Order. Founded in 1789 by G.K. Lathroller, a Megatridimensional explorer, it was the fastest growing city and quickly became the capital of the new nation, and remains so today. The population is 35.78 million people, as of 2019. Tabula Rasa is also known as the birthplace of brutalist architecture, with concrete being one of the more plentiful resources in the early decades of the city. The Stone House is one example. Built in 1810, it contains a residential Northeast Wing that serves as home to the Prime Minister, a Northwest Wing which houses the Ministry of Psychology, and a South Wing which houses the administrative offices of the Order Guard.
