The Fish, Steak, and Pork Acts of 1809 were three closely related Acts in 1809 passed by the government of the Republic of Megatridimensional Order that went into effect against The Territories of Quentin. The Acts raised taxes on any kind of meat products coming into the Territories, which included leather, and was extremely hated by the Quentinians. The Acts, which the Quentinians called the Starvation Acts in the 1800s, were highly unpopular, and enraged the Quentinians. They led directly to The Territorial Tax Protests from 1811-1813, and ultimately led to the Quentinian War for Independence. The Acts were, as per the name enacted in 1809, and were dissolved in 1830.
