The Treaty of Commitment was a treaty signed in 1837 by the governments of The United States of Quentin and Punctinaturalland. The treaty ended 2 years of fighting between the two countries, from 1835 to 1837 in the Early Punctin War. The treaty was negotiated in Poleton, PNL, and negotiations took 2 weeks. In the terms of the treaty, PNL would cease all hostilities against the USQ, and in return, the USQ would also cease hostilities for at least 10 years. The treaty is today largely viewed as a bungle for the PNL government, mainly because of the lack of terms imposed upon the losers, the USQ. Main negotiators on the USQ side were the GTNEC of the USQ Max Wagner, President of the USQ George Firedawn, and General Maxamiil Schlager, while main negotiators on the PNL side were Veuvokx Gregokxst Bejokxs and Chief Maker Jonzakxs Liffrau.
