Sergeant Ranks of the Quentinian Army
Sergeant Ranks in the Quentinian Army consist of three ranks of enlisted servicemen which make up the first two highest enlisted ranks and the second lowest rank of the army of the United States of Quentin. The highest rank included in the group is the rank of Major Sergeant, the second highest being that of First Sergeant, and the second lowest among enlisted servicemen being the rank of sergeant.

The rank of Major Sergeant in the Army is equivalent to the rank of Chief Striven Officer in the United States of Quentin Navy, the rank of Lieutenant Gunnery Major in the Starkkae Corps, in the Air Force, and in the Space Force. The rank is also senior to all servicemen, deputy officers, and commissioned officers up to that of Major Sergeant in the Fort McCarthy Defense Force. Major Sergeant ranks as an S1 level rank, meaning all servicemen of the rank receive an S1 level paygrade.

The rank of first sergeant is equivalent in rank to the rank of first striven officer in the Navy, the rank of Sergeant Locorum in the Starkkae Corps, in the Air Force, and in the Space Force. A first sergeant is on the level of S1 when it comes to the pay of the serviceman.

In comparison to ranks in the Fort McCarthy Defense Force, the sergeant is senior to all enlisted servicemen and deputy officers up to that of Deputy Colonel. The current paygrade level of a sergeant is S0.
