Fort McCarthy (fort)

Fort McCarthy Military Complex, known simply as Fort McCarthy or as the Fort to residents of the city of Fort McCarthy, is a large Quentinian military complex in the city of Fort McCarthy, GA. The complex houses the headquarters for the Fort McCarthy Defense Force, the largest federal domestic defense force in the country, as well as numerous other facilities for agencies in both the federal and state governments. Established in 1849, the fort is one of the largest and most secure areas in the world, and is one of the only active military installations of its size and national importance in the world. Additionally, the fort and the city have both been the subject of numerous conspiracy theories due to the large federal presence and reliance on the base.
