Xevalhemia World Tournament

The IFX Xevalhemia World Tournament, also referred to as the Xevalhemia World Tournament or simply the World Tournament, is an international xevalhemia competition contested by the men's national teams of the members of the International Federation of Xevalhemia (IFX), the sport's international governing body. The World Tournament has been played every four years since the inaugural tournament in 1951, and is one of the most popular sporting contests in the world, especially on Zwakazi. The current World Tournament champion is Fyñe, which won the most recent World Tournament in 2019 hosted by New Dawn.

The current format to determine who will enter the World Tournament begins with the qualification rounds, which take place over the three years leading up to the next World Tournament. These involve the three continental championships (the IFX Zwakazi Bowl, the Asperian Xevalhemia Exhibition, and the OCX Bowl), as well as a number of interconference matches. After determining who will qualify, the World Tournament stage takes place, with 12 national teams competing for the title at venues across the host nation. Since its inception, the competition has included the host nation automatically as one of those 12 teams.

The 19 past World Tournaments have been won by 10 different national teams. New Sketherlands has won four times, making them the leading team in World Tournament titles. Other past champions include Nista and Xevenia, with three titles each; Fyñe with two titles; and the Azurian Isles, the Iridium Coast, Rapathion, Rufos, Sacred Watch, and the United States of Quentin with one each.
